The hotel is very well located near the heart of the CBD.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Room was clean and well laid out.
Elevators took a while to arrive after being called.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, the staff made everything a breeze for me. What I appreciated most was the check-in agent offering me a room upgrade with late checkout! This was generous and a welcome surprise. Stayed in a deluxe room on 26th floor with a lovely view of the Sky Tower and harbour. Bar on rooftop is great. My best hotel experience in New Zealand so far. Hotel is missing a pool, and no bathtub in my room. However, it’s great value overall. Thank you team!

可以説是千元價位全世界目前最好的體驗了，沒有夸張，以後來奧克蘭只會選這一家了（除非消費得起萬元級別的酒店了XD）。
我們蜜月出行，11小時飛機從浦東出發落地奧克蘭，早上7點多到酒店被告知正常入住時間是下午3點，但是前臺小姐姐得知我們旅途勞頓，立刻幫我們辦了提前入住。
最後一天趕早班飛機去皇后鎮，早餐還沒有準備好，酒店幫忙準備了打包好的早餐，還幫忙打印了租車憑證。
地理位置也是絕了，下坡就是皇后大街，去哪里都方便，樓頂酒吧值得一去，看著奧克蘭的天際線和落日喝一杯特調。靠窗位置難得，記得早點去，每周日周一不營業，下午4點開門。
個人建議在奧克蘭可以不用租車，停車很貴并且到處在修路不太方便，全程Uber去Devonport或者一樹山都是30多NZD就搞定了。

Great location and hight end hotel.
It would be even better if the emergency door or one of the room doors was slapped loudly by other guests 3am in the morning and it was quite echoing in the hall way so I couldn't sleep well.

有驚喜的酒店，前臺姐姐熱情周到十分的customer oriented, 酒店也十分的人情化。餐廳服務也十分優秀，出品很好，而且服務親切友善。確實有賓至如歸的感覺，性價比也出奇的高，地理位置優越，景觀一流，設施也新，整個行程最outstanding 的一個酒店，也是IHG到目前體驗最好的一間。

The hotel is in a prime location. We have been there a few time however this time we experienced uncleanliness pillow sheet and bed sheet.

Great hotel with good location and amazing views! Service was a bit slow when checking in and out. The bar is amazing with stunning views and lively cocktails. I would recommend for a nice getaway!

Clean and new hotel. However, the pillows were too soft/flat and not enough hangers provided. Location was great! Except that it’s on a slope, so there’s climbing up and down when u wana go out and get back. There’s road works going on just outside. Breakfast spread was ok. Overall a comfortable stay.

Strategically located in the middle of Auckland CDB. We can easily walked around the main attractions.including Auckland Tower, the wharf, Queen St. Love the room view too which face the tower directly. Cleanliness perspective however was really disappointing.. The room was really dusty, not for the hidden corner like under the sofa/bed/top of cabinet, but obvious area like the sofa, basin, etc.
